How to solve Foxwell NT301 & NT301 Plus white or Black screen

Question:My nt301 is failing every time it connects to the ob2 port the screen gets white and if I want to connect to my computer the screen also gets white

Solution: Not matter Foxwell NT301 or Foxwell NT301 Plus, If the screen gets white or black.
Two ways you can try:

Method 1.Take out the TF card to connect to the obd2 port, then Waiting seven seconds to see what happens, then and insert it again

method 2.Press the” help ” button, then connect USB ”.The problem would be solved and enter into the main page!
